Physical Therapy

Physiomotion Lab provides one-on-one physical therapy sessions for individualized approach. After an in-depth health history a physical assessment will be performed to pin point the problem causing your discomfort/dysfunction/pain. A customized treatment plan will then be created for you including but not limited to Low-level laser therapy, manual therapy, and movement therapy. Continued care/support will be provided through a home exercise program geared towards a faster recovery.

Breathing Pattern Retraining

When is the last time you were mindful of your breathing? On average, a person at rest takes about 16 breaths per minute. This means we breathe about 960 breaths an hour, 23,040 breaths daily. However, most of us do not pay attention to our breath. Be conscious of your breath - Here at Physiomotion Lab, we believe most musculoskeletal problem can be traced back to breathing dysfunction. Dr. I-Chen Liu specializes in recognizing and correcting breathing pattern dysfunctions to support a decrease in pain.
